With a background that includes construction, finance and real estate development along with a vast amount of leasing and sales transactions, David’s experience and local market knowledge make him a commercial real estate expert in Eastern MA. His specialty is owner representation for the sales and leasing of commercial real estate as well as tenant and buyer representation for office, medical and industrial space.
In addition to his involvement within his company, David is also involved with the South Shore Health System’s President’s Circle, South Shore Hospital Golf Committee, Executive Committee of South Shore Economic Development Corporation, Quincy Chamber of Commerce and is a Corporator at South Shore Bank. He has also works with many other local charitable organization including South Shore Habitat for Humanity, South Shore ARC, The Friendship Home, Cardinal Cushing Centers and the South Shore YMCA. David is also involved with other local chambers of commerce and trade organizations such as the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Commercial Brokers Association and Real Estate Finance Association.

Currently he volunteers as a member the South Shore Housing Committee which is part of the South Shore Economic Development Corporation that continues to support Governor Baker’s Housing Choice Initiative & proposed housing legislation, An Act to Promote Housing Choices. Colin is an avid golfer, skier, surfer and loves the outdoors and coaching his daughters in sports. He resides in Marshfield with his wife and two daughters and his dog Arlo.

Joe Zanca has 10 years experience in South Shore MA real estate, starting in high school building houses with his father and uncle. Joe currently runs a business out of commercial warehouses in South Shore MA, and is well versed in the South Shore market in every area of commercial real estate. Christopher R. Lowd

Jennifer has spent over 30 years in the logistics field including retail purchasing, corporate and private event management and finally landing in commercial real estate. During her extensive career experiences, she has earned multiple industry awards, was a contributor to two industry magazines, collaborated with a large retail chain for a wedding stationery line as well as tapped to audition for a reality TV series as an event management producer.
In 2013, she obtained her Real Estate Salespersons license and began her career managing a productive real estate office in Easton, MA. In 2014, she achieved the designation of Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), LEAD Safe Renovation Specialist designation as well as her Notary Public credentials. After only two years in the real estate field, she started her own transaction management company, managing real estate back offices for several different brokerages. In 2017, she obtained her Real Estate Broker license and continued to expand her management business. In 2018, Jennifer joined Ellis Realty Advisors as the Office Manager focusing on Transaction Management. Currently, her position continues to evolve adding Property Management to her list of successes.
Allison has spent 15 years as a commercial real estate professional with experience spanning corporate finance and strategy, asset management, acquisitions, development, syndications, and investment banking. She joined Ellis Realty Advisors in 2021 and is responsible for Development and Investment Analysis as well as Asset Management and Investor Reporting.
Allison was a Vice President of Asset Management at Boston Capital / Boston Financial, a tax credit multifamily syndicator. Prior to that, she held roles in Acquisitions and Investments at Carr Properties, a Washington DC-based office developer, owner, and operator. Allison began her career in Wachovia Securities’ Real Estate Investment Banking Group. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and minor in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond.
Allison lives on the South Shore with her husband and three children. She volunteers as a youth soccer coach and as a PTO Enrichment Coordinator.
