Dave Ellis
With a background that includes construction, finance and real estate development along with a vast amount of leasing and sales transactions, David’s experience and local market knowledge make him a commercial real estate expert in Eastern MA. His specialty is owner representation for the sales and leasing of commercial real estate as well as tenant and buyer representation for office, medical and industrial space.
In addition to his involvement within his company, David is also involved with the South Shore Health System’s President’s Circle, South Shore Hospital Golf Committee, Executive Committee of South Shore Economic Development Corporation, Quincy Chamber of Commerce and is a Corporator at South Shore Bank. He has also works with many other local charitable organization including South Shore Habitat for Humanity, South Shore ARC, The Friendship Home, Cardinal Cushing Centers and the South Shore YMCA. David is also involved with other local chambers of commerce and trade organizations such as the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Commercial Brokers Association and Real Estate Finance Association.
Adam Bauer
Founder and President of The Business Exchange, Adam has represented hundreds of business owners in acquiring & divesting their companies and business real estate.
Adam attended the University of Vermont and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree. Bauer is a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker and has been an active business intermediary and commercial real estate broker for over 15 years. He has successfully completed business dispositions and property sales throughout Southeastern Massachusetts including, Cape Cod & Islands, South Shore and Boston metro area. Bauer brings a long term comprehensive approach in evaluating the needs of his clients to best grow and enrich their real estate portfolio’s with quality investment properties and profitable business opportunities. Bauer is a CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) as accredited by the International Business Brokers Association. The CBI, which represents the gold standard in the business brokerage industry, is granted to individuals who complete required course work, pass an extensive competency exam, and agree to uphold the IBBA’s Professional Standards and Code of Ethics. Bauer is also a member of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA), International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and serves as a board member on the Business Brokers Alliance of New England (BBANE).

Colin N. Moynihan
Colin is a leading commercial real estate professional providing guidance to private real estate investors, developers, & institutions.
His specialty is financial analysis and owner representation for the sales of middle market commercial real estate with a focus on multi-family apartments, mixed-use assets, single family home/condo subdivisions, self-storage centers, 40B projects, developable land, & 1031 exchanges in Massachusetts.
Currently he volunteers as a member the South Shore Housing Committee which is part of the South Shore Economic Development Corporation that continues to support Governor Baker’s Housing Choice Initiative & proposed housing legislation, An Act to Promote Housing Choices.
When not at work Colin enjoys playing and watching sports. He is an avid golfer and loves the outdoors, spending time with his family, and coaching youth sports. He resides in Marshfield with his wife, two daughters, and their dog.
Bill Kingdon
Bill has completed over $30,000,000 worth of lease and sale transactions since joining Ellis Realty Advisors in 2019. He specializes in investment and owner-occupant sales and commercial leasing throughout Southeastern Massachusetts with a focus on the industrial, office, and medical asset classes.
Bill is the chair of the South Shore Young Professionals and is involved with the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and Quincy Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to joining Ellis Realty Advisors, Bill was the Director of Finance and Operations for Pro Ambitions Hockey, Inc., where he oversaw day to day logistics and managed a staff of over 300 coaches for the largest hockey camp company in the world.

Joe Zanca
Joe Zanca has 10 years experience in South Shore MA real estate, starting in high school building houses with his father and uncle. Joe currently runs a business out of commercial warehouses in South Shore MA, and is well versed in the South Shore market in every area of commercial real estate. Joe is an entrepreneur, and is well connected in the South Shore of MA through his involvement in many of the community's charitable organizations. Joe works closely with the members of the Ellis team to really understand the market and best our clients through their decisions as buyers, sellers, landlords, or renters. Joe is a Babson College graduate who majored in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship during his time in college.
