That growth called for a new identity, and a new home to match it. This spring, we brought both together: a refreshed brand and a new headquarters at 4 Pond Park in Hingham, announced side by side so our clients could take in the full picture at once. Comparing our old logo with the new one, you can see the sharp edge is treated with a rounder curve, the bold typeface invites more conversation, and the cool purple is warmed up a few degrees. These subtle changes reflect the way ERA has always approached its work, with an emphasis on accessibility, curiosity, and a dedication to service that gets results for our clients. That same identity has since traveled everywhere our work shows up, from our rebuilt website to signage, brochures, and business cards, so the brand you meet online is the same one you'll find on the building and across the table.
4 Pond Park is that philosophy applied to ourselves. We saw a building that no longer fit the market in its original form, redesigned it to work for multiple tenants, and moved in ourselves, before leasing the rest, including to the South Shore Chamber of Commerce. It's the same holistic approach we bring to every client: seeing a property's full potential and managing it from acquisition through day-to-day operations.
