NORWELL – Ellis Realty Advisors, a leading provider of commercial real estate solutions in Southeastern MA, has completed the recent sale of 100 East Street, Weymouth MA.

David Ellis represented the seller in the sale of the Industrial Warehouse building totaling 11,780 square feet.  The buyer plans on making updates to the property and growing their signage business within the building.
