NORWELL – Ellis Realty Advisors, a leading provider of commercial real estate solutions in Southeastern MA, has completed the recent sale of 465 Furnace Street and 475 Furnace Street in Marshfield, MA.

David Ellis represented both the buyer and seller in the sale of two sister properties totaling 9,100 square foot of office space located in Marshfield, MA.  The buyer plans on making updates to the two buildings and hold for investment.
